We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at MPH Consulting Services. As a Methods and Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the deployment of the Engineering Data Warehouse on our projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Understand the standard content of the Engineering Data Warehouse and analyze project-specific requirements to define configurations.
- Configure the Engineering Data Warehouse, including views, mechanisms of check, import configurations, export formats, and mappings.
- Redact specifications, clarify configurations with administrators, and monitor their work.
- Test configurations before deployment and provide training to users, along with preparing associated documentation.
- Collaborate with the Information Management team to ensure seamless data management.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in data, with expertise in databases and handling large volumes of data.
- Knowledge of Aveva Engineering or other databases, with experience in data modeling, configuration, loading, and data quality.
- Rigorous, responsive, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI, with experience in engineering a plus.
