Position Overview
This role is designed for individuals engaged in a pre-professional or professional capacity while pursuing their academic studies or shortly after graduation. The selected candidates will contribute to Kyndryl as part of their educational requirements or during designated breaks, such as holidays or internship placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Relationship Management:** Conduct regular interactions including steering committee meetings, billing discussions, and satisfaction assessments.
- **IT Service Delivery:** Ensure the execution of IT production tasks with a commitment to quality, operating around the clock with teams based in various locations.
- **Technical Project Management:** Execute technical initiatives as specified by client requirements.
- **Team Management:** Oversee Kyndryl personnel involved in contract execution, including performance evaluations and organizational assessments.
- **Financial Oversight:** Manage financial aspects of contracts, including costs, revenues, and profitability, while implementing action plans to maintain expected profit levels.
- **Marketing and Communications:** Create newsletters, maintain media quality exchanged with clients, and organize client events.
- **Business Development:** Identify new growth opportunities in service areas such as data management, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and SAP transitions, while exploring potential services not currently offered by Kyndryl.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (Bac + 5) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- A keen sense of curiosity and eagerness to learn.
