Adsearch is actively seeking a qualified candidate for one of its prestigious clients, a well-established financial institution, a Senior Compliance Specialist (H/F).
In this role, you will oversee the team responsible for compliance and ethical standards, playing a crucial part in ensuring adherence to regulations related to investment services.
Your Responsibilities:
- Your primary duty will be to monitor and verify the ethical compliance of new products (MIF 2, EMIR, SRAB/Volcker, DDA, etc.).
- Conduct ongoing controls.
- Participate in and organize the product approval committee.
- Ensure the tracking and implementation of regulatory changes as well as internal projects or those initiated by the group.
- In the context of mapping, develop action plans and ensure the follow-up of audit recommendations.
- Lead, manage, and organize the activities of a team.
Your Profile:
You hold a degree in law, finance, internal audit, or related fields.
You possess confirmed experience within financial institutions in a compliance or legal department.
You are dynamic, committed, and available immediately; this position is tailored for you.
