THE ROLEContract Type: Permanent
As a key member of a compact team reporting to the Product Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the product portfolio and commercial offerings
- Ensuring alignment of products with client expectations and adapting to market regulations
- Monitoring the profitability and commercial success of product lines
- Addressing inquiries related to the product lifecycle
- Conducting comprehensive analyses on offerings, including competitive landscape, market trends, product positioning, and business planning
- Driving the launch of new products
- Fostering relationships with insurance partners
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a Business or Engineering institution
- Experience: At least 7 years in a comparable position within the Insurance, Banking, or Finance sectors
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Qualities: Proactive, detail-oriented, adept in project management, and possessing strong interpersonal abilities
- Initial discussion with the Company
- Follow-up interview with the Recruitment Officer
- Final interview with the Product Development Manager
