We are seeking an experienced Site Controller to join our team at Kraft Heinz in Seclin, France. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for owning the finance of our food manufacturing factory, ensuring its financial performance and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the Supply Chain Finance process, operating as an effective Finance Business Partner to ensure results are achieved with compliance to KHC policies.
- Provide financial information required to the Company for decision making, including budgets, production costs, and control of investments, always aligning with Heinz policies.
- Coordinate and prepare the company budget process, leading costs planning & control cycles, and preparing and analyzing results on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Drive continuously the factory performance by identifying improvement areas that require action from operations team.
- Prepare financial information for the company investments, including CapEx projects and innovation projects.
- Manage and execute processes in the SAP ERP system, establishing and implementing internal control processes to comply with KHC policies.
- Supervise and manage financial department staff, ensuring that procedures with administrations are carried out in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Qualifications and Experiences: Degree in Business Management and Administration, degree in Economics or equivalent, Master's degree in the field of finance.
- Work Experience: 3 to 5 years' experience as a Site Controller or Senior Finance Analyst within FMCG or similar industry.
- Language Knowledge: French & English (sufficient for reporting to the headquarters in the Netherlands).
