About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Controller to join our team at Kraft Heinz in Seclin, France. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for owning the finance of our food manufacturing factory, ensuring its financial performance and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the Supply Chain Finance process, ensuring compliance with KHC policies.
- Provide financial information to support business decision-making, including budgets, production costs, and investment control.
- Coordinate and prepare the company budget process, leading costs planning and control cycles.
- Prepare and analyze financial results on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Drive factory performance by identifying improvement areas and collaborating with the operations team.
- Prepare financial information for company investments, including CapEx projects and innovation initiatives.
- Manage and execute processes in the SAP ERP system, ensuring internal control processes comply with KHC policies.
- Supervise and manage financial department staff, ensuring procedures with administrations are carried out efficiently.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management and Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
- Master's degree in finance or related field (preferable).
- 3-5 years' experience as a Site Controller or Senior Finance Analyst in FMCG or similar industry.
- Advanced user of MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage.
- Language proficiency in French and English (sufficient for reporting to headquarters in the Netherlands).
