About the Role and Organization
We are seeking a skilled HR Lead to become a vital part of our team, focusing on Southern Europe, specifically France, Monaco, and Spain, for Bottega Veneta France SAS.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, employee development, and performance evaluation.
- Embody brand principles and motivate staff to uphold excellence.
- Work closely with leadership to address HR matters.
- Execute HR initiatives that align with regional objectives.
- Develop recruitment plans and foster collaborations with educational institutions.
- Support employees during onboarding and training initiatives.
- Manage employee relations and address disciplinary issues.
- Leverage analytical tools to assess organizational performance.
- Track workforce numbers, budget, and collaborate on compensation topics.
- Prepare compensation reviews, financial plans, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with shared services for payroll and administrative tasks.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and compliance with HR regulations.
Who You Are
- Experience in HR management within the retail sector.
- Enthusiastic about talent management, retail, and human resources.
- Knowledgeable about local employment laws and CSE interactions.
- Skilled in Office applications, self-sufficient, and persuasive.
- Energetic, proactive, with excellent communication abilities in both French and English.
