About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Collateral Operations Analyst to join our team in London. As a key member of our Regulatory Ops & Collateral Management team, you will be responsible for:
- Working independently and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage collateral operations.
- Providing expert advice and support on collateral-related matters to internal and external parties.
- Identifying and resolving anomalies and issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinating and monitoring the integration of guarantee agreements.
- Overseeing daily controls, disputes, coupon claims, and other collateral-related activities.
- Weekly monitoring of guarantee implementation activities.
- Producing reports on activity and performance.
- Analyzing existing guarantee processes, identifying inefficiencies, and conducting investigations to understand root causes.
- Developing corrective measures and implementing improvements.
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers.
- Developing and implementing internal processes.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in middle office activities, preferably with experience in collateral management and regulatory compliance (EMIR, etc.). You should have excellent technical skills, project management expertise, and strong communication and presentation skills. A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills is essential for this role.
