Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Southern Europe. As a key member of our Product Marketing organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our cloud-native financial management solution in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute growth strategies for the region, leveraging deep understanding of customers, market dynamics, and competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build value propositions, go-to-market plans, and launch strategies.
- Lead the execution of launches, ensuring GTM readiness and partnering with GTM functions to achieve commercial results.
- Evangelize insights and growth plans to key stakeholders across the region and segment.
- Optimize in-market propositions through participation in trading cycles and collaboration with GTM leaders.
- Significant experience in customer-led Product Marketing roles with deep domain expertise and a track record of building and executing growth strategies.
- Proven experience launching technology products in the cloud, disrupting markets through innovative ideas balanced with market research.
- Strong people leadership and influencing skills, with ability to instill trust, belief, and confidence in a geographically dispersed team.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English, with ability to work across business lines and present to executive leadership.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a strong focus on delivering commercial results.
