Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Development and Implementation:
- Coordinate the development and implementation of HRIS changes to ensure seamless integration with our existing systems.
- Manage relationships with external partners to drive business growth and improve HRIS functionality.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide comprehensive training sessions and support to HR staff to ensure they are equipped to utilize HRIS effectively.
