An esteemed international law firm is seeking a seasoned Finance and Accounting Manager for a fixed-term engagement in their Paris office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a dedicated team of three professionals focused on general accounting and accounts payable operations.
- Address technical challenges, particularly those concerning the firm's tax and social responsibilities.
- Ensure the precise and timely execution of monthly and annual IFRS financial closings, along with internal financial reporting.
- Guarantee that the general accountant accurately prepares statutory financial statements and tax submissions.
- Uphold compliance with accounting and tax regulations, as well as global office-wide policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both external and internal auditors, along with our financial advisors.
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (Bac +5) from a recognized Business School and/or holding a DCG or DSCG qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in audit or accounting, or within the Finance/Accounting department of a business services firm, preferably in an international context.
- Demonstrated management experience.
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
- Strong expertise in Excel; familiarity with SAP is a significant advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary of 75k€.
- Fixed-term contract - Executive status.
- Additional time off (RTT).
