As a Senior Project Manager at Dassault Systèmes, you will oversee the execution and delivery of customer-oriented services projects, ensuring the promotion of sustainable business practices within the Industry Services sector.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Extensive Experience: Bring over 10 years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) services, with a strong focus on solution definition, development, implementation, and technical management across at least 5 full PLM project cycles.
- Project Management Expertise: Demonstrate more than 5 years of project management experience, supported by recognized achievements and relevant certifications (such as PMI PMP or PRINCE2).
- Industry Focus: Specialize in the High-Tech and/or Transportation & Mobility sectors, possessing a deep understanding of their core business processes.
- Vendor Knowledge: Be familiar with at least one leading PLM vendor's solutions and technologies.
- Cross-Cultural Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in diverse cultural contexts, with proficient communication skills in English.
- Educational Background: Hold a degree in Engineering or Science (Master's preferred, or Bachelor's with 12+ years of relevant industry experience).
Your primary tasks will encompass:
- Project Management: Lead the delivery of services projects based on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring project success through quality service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Methodology Application: Utilize Dassault Systèmes' project management methodologies to effectively manage project KPIs, including business outcomes, delivery quality, and financial metrics.
- Status Reporting: Identify, analyze, and report project status, major risks, and issues in a timely manner, while proposing and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and coordinate project team members to foster efficient collaboration across various business units and with external partners.
- Business Cooperation: Manage customer-oriented business collaborations with consulting and services partners.
- Business Development Support: Assist the Industry Services Business Partner and account teams in business development initiatives.
- 9+ years of experience in services and consulting within the PLM domain.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Strong understanding of mainstream PLM solutions and technologies, with a preference for knowledge of 3DS products.
- Solid background or field experience in Transportation & Mobility industries.
- 5+ years of experience in managing services projects.
