Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Flight Ops IT Product Owner to lead the development of digital solutions for our Commercial Aircraft business. As a key member of our Digital Department in Toulouse, France, you will be responsible for understanding the Technical Data landscape and objectives, and driving the corresponding IT Solutions Portfolio / Project in line with Enterprise Architecture, Airbus Digital strategy and objectives.

The main responsibility of this role is to identify, structure and prioritize the needs for new and improved services with business stakeholders, define and validate the right functional solution to answer business needs, and organize delivery activities on Time, Cost and Quality. You will also lead the scoping of the applications for its MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and future releases, ensuring to reach the consensus with stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Define and validate functional solutions to meet business needs
  • Organize delivery activities on Time, Cost and Quality
  • Lead the scoping of applications for MVP and future releases
  • Coordinate and contribute to the solutions implementation

Requirements:

  • Educated to 5-year degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology
  • At least 5-year experience in IT Project Management, Functional Specifications and Functional validation
  • Rigorous in requirements capture and project management
  • Risk based approach and ability to manage escalation process
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesizing complex information
  • Good autonomy and ability to work in complex environment (unexpected changes, scope unclear)
  • Team Player and collaborative mind-set
  • Strong soft skills, proactive, constructive, supportive and support occasional pressure
  • Knowledge on Aircraft Technical Data/Documentation on Flight Ops is a plus

Language skills: Advanced level in French and English. This role requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
