Position Overview:
Habitat Social is a prominent organization in the realm of social housing, dedicated to enhancing living conditions in the community. Our expertise lies in the development, design, construction, and refurbishment of social housing projects, along with various other facilities such as childcare centers, student accommodations, and intergenerational living spaces.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the financial oversight of multiple projects each month. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Establishing and overseeing Budget Control mechanisms and other management aspects of the projects
- Compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Generating forecasts for activities, margins, and cash flows, particularly focusing on yearly plans
- Ensuring adherence to Financial Control protocols
- Handling administrative duties based on project scale
- Collaborating with operational teams for budget management
- Identifying discrepancies, analyzing their effects, recognizing risks, and suggesting corrective measures
Qualifications:
A degree with relevant experience in a comparable position, ideally within the construction sector, is essential. Your meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency in synthesizing information are vital for success in this role. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with financial tools are also necessary.
This position is primarily based at the headquarters of Habitat Social, with occasional travel required for project oversight.
