Position Overview:
Domino Missions Albertville is currently seeking skilled Masons for various client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Constructing horizontal structures such as foundations, slabs, and floors.
- Assembling and positioning reinforcement components within concrete.
- Fabricating and setting up formwork; pouring concrete and other types of mortars.
- Laying bricks and constructing walls by combining materials (bricks, blocks, plaster tiles, etc.) using binding agents (cement, plaster, etc.).
- Preparing and applying coatings on various interior and exterior surfaces (facades).
- Creating openings in masonry for windows, doors, etc.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of masonry techniques, formwork, molding, reinforcement, and the construction of concrete and plaster components. Proficiency in using tools such as trowels, plumb lines, concrete mixers, and levels is essential.
Knowledge Requirements:
Familiarity with resins and mortars including lime, hydraulic lime, plaster, and Portland cement is necessary. The ability to interpret plans and mark with high precision is crucial (calculation errors are unacceptable). Understanding of safety regulations and protocols on construction sites is expected. Skills in scaffold assembly are also required.
