Logistics Assistant for Housing Services

ROLE SUMMARY

Under the guidance of the Logistics Coordinator, the Logistics Assistant will play a crucial role in facilitating the operations of student housing in Paris. This position is vital for ensuring that residences are adequately prepared for incoming students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct thorough inventories of items available in student apartments,
  • Replace any missing or damaged items and ensure they are properly positioned,
  • Eliminate any unnecessary or unwanted items from the residences,
  • Count and organize linen supplies, ensuring they are adequately stocked,
  • Verify that all apartments meet the requirements outlined in the lease agreements,
  • Manage the receipt of orders and deliveries,
  • Engage in any additional tasks related to the management of student housing.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate must be available full-time for the entire duration of the contract.

  • Proficient in English; knowledge of French is advantageous,
  • Resourceful and self-sufficient,
  • Energetic and enthusiastic,
  • Appreciative of diverse responsibilities,
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

This role will require travel to various locations within the city using public transport, bicycles, or other appropriate means.

Applicants must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid work permit.
