International Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in a full-time position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with third-party logistics and freight partners, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of export and cross-trade orders, and communicating with stakeholders regarding delivery dates and delays.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage export and cross-trade orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing and communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee the day-to-day relationship with third-party logistics and freight partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding delivery dates, delays, and any issues that may arise.
- Ensure all subsidiary and distributor invoices and credits are promptly and accurately processed.
- Actively engage with other functional teams to achieve an optimal sea-freight scheduling plan, in respect of business targets and external providers' operational requirements.
- Pro-actively seek process changes and improvements to achieve higher efficiency in work-streams.
- Experience within a supply chain environment is highly desirable.
- A good understanding of the import and export process.
- Attention to detail, structured/organised, solution/outcome orientated, resourceful and timeline driven.
- A flexible approach to scope and prioritization of work.
- Experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to build good rapport with key cross-functional teams.
- An advocate for process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and a proven ability to communicate with key stakeholders across the business in an effective and timely manner.
