Our Product Strategy serves as a bridge between restaurants (B2B) and guests (B2C), reflecting our goal to foster a thriving dining culture.

As we embark on an ambitious strategy to expand across multiple EU markets, we are in search of a skilled Lead Product Strategist to become an integral part of our dynamic Product team and the Guest Engagement Product squad.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting directly to the Senior VP of Product, you will play a crucial role in your squad across three primary domains: Product Strategy, Product Discovery, and Product Delivery, while also collaborating with other squads to ensure effective relationship management.

  1. **Shape the Product Roadmap:** You will be instrumental in defining our product roadmap, translating our vision into actionable initiatives that yield tangible results.
  2. **Conduct User Research:** Engage in comprehensive user research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for innovation and differentiation within our product offerings.
  3. **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:** Work closely with engineers and product designers to develop and implement new features, while also gathering insights from business and sales teams to align with market demands.
  4. **Manage Product Releases:** Oversee the coordination of product releases and updates, ensuring clear internal communication with support from the Marketing department.
  5. **Analyze Performance Metrics:** Establish and evaluate key performance indicators to assess the success of initiatives and features, guiding decisions with data-driven insights.
  6. **Promote Continuous Improvement:** Cultivate a culture of ongoing enhancement, driving improvements in product quality and delivery processes while supporting stakeholder teams in their development journey.
  7. **Engage with Customer-Facing Teams:** Regularly interact with customer-facing teams to gather feedback and involve them in product evolution through testing.
**QUALIFICATIONS**

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Product Management, particularly within product-driven SaaS organizations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and identify product opportunities.

- Proven track record of demonstrating the business impact of product initiatives.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for the restaurant sector.

- A team-oriented mindset, eager to learn from peers and positively influence customers.

- Proficiency in English is required.
