Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Hoymiles Power Electronics Inc. is a leading inverter manufacturer with a global presence. We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team in France.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional support to our customers in France. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service levels, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with our sales team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high service levels and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute technical exchanges with customers, train clients, and develop detailed technical solutions.
  • Prepare presentation documents, technical explanations, and other related files to maintain customer satisfaction and service levels.
  • Analyze legal technical requirements and certifications for defined countries and drive execution of agreed and required certificates.
  • Monitor market environment and provide competitive information.
  • Support the sales team in visiting clients and project sites, providing guidance on system planning, and implementing service strategies.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to organize training sessions and attend exhibitions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Electro-technical direction or a qualified education within the solar energy industry.
  • At least 3 years of technical background work experience, with a preference for the renewable industry.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in working with inverter technologies, such as R&D, service, pre- and post-sales, string inverters.
  • Self-driven working mindset, willing to dig in and find problems, report with clear logic, and provide multiple proposals.
  • International mindset for a multi-cultural environment.
  • Fluent in French and English.
