Job Summary

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Operations Manager to lead our delivery operations and ensure timely delivery of goods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing delivery programs, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyzing data to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take lead of key accounts (KA) to achieve targets and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Organize and monitor the end-to-end (E2E) delivery fulfillment process
  • Coordinate with all involved parties to ensure smooth delivery of goods
  • Implement delivery programs at the KA level
  • Monitor and analyze delivery KPIs periodically to improve operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with customers to share weekly delivery plans
  • Maintain routine and close communication between regional, country, and customer teams to ensure all delivery information is shared among parties

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in delivery or related working experience
  • Bachelor's degree (or above) in Supply Chain Management or similar majors
  • Good data analytical and communication skills
  • Good speaking and writing skills in French, English, and Chinese
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hardworking, and willing to work under pressure
