Product Definition Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Product Definition Specialist to join our team at Amadeus. As a Product Definition Specialist, you will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements from Product Management to define functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements to define functional solutions that meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain knowledge of our processes and services to ensure seamless integration.
- Size and validate specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop feasibility studies, solution overview documents, and product specifications to guide development teams.
- Present functional walk-throughs to stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment.
- Ensure functional compatibility with other applications to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Investigate and prioritize reported functional incidents to resolve issues efficiently.
- Review proposed specifications for complex solutions to ensure feasibility and effectiveness.
- Interface with Product Management, Project Management, and Development teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
About You
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Definition Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficient in API design, development, and integration to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive innovation and improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in technical knowledge and ability to guide and mentor others to ensure knowledge sharing and growth.
