Key Responsibilities- Leadership: The Senior Program Manager will spearhead strategic and cross-functional initiatives, collaborating closely with senior business or functional stakeholders at Criteo, ensuring alignment with our global roadmap.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding and anticipating their priorities in relation to program objectives, and crafting tailored recommendations to secure their support.
- Program Management: Oversee the daily management of the program, monitoring progress against established plans, and ensuring that the project team comprehends overall objectives.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including senior to C-level audiences, adapting messages according to context.
- Project Management Expertise: Possess a profound understanding of project management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and change control.
- Measurement and Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives and leverage insights to enhance future efforts.
- Experience: A minimum of 6-7 years in Management, Strategy, Financial, or M&A consulting, with demonstrated experience in cross-functional project management.
- Fluency: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
