Field Application Engineer Manager - Semiconductors - EMEA

A prominent organization specializing in electrical measurement, catering to the automotive, energy, and mobility sectors, is seeking to appoint a European Field Application Engineer Manager.

In the role of European FAE Manager, you will oversee the Regional Field Application Engineers across Europe for various industry sectors, including Automotive and Industrial.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the team delivers accurate technical assistance to clients while fostering close collaboration with sales teams, global product managers, research and development, and operations. Additionally, you will be tasked with nurturing and expanding the current team.

This position is ideally suited for candidates located in the EMEA region.

Key Requirements for FAE Manager:
  • Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven record in a FAE capacity
  • Experience in Power Electronics and Semiconductors
  • Leadership experience, particularly in managing remote teams
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to conduct technical presentations and training sessions, both internally and externally
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French and/or German is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel as needed
This senior leadership role is ideal for a Principal FAE with some management experience who is eager to lead a team based in the EMEA region.
