Nexoris, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Specialist in Secure File Transfer Solutions (M/F) to oversee the efficient operation of secure file transfer processes within a dedicated team. This role involves managing incidents and providing both corrective and evolutionary maintenance of transfer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations utilizing Secure Transport and CFT management consoles.
- Resolve incidents through the Easyvista platform, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
- Address maintenance requests submitted via Easyvista.
- Participate in projects that influence transfer workflows.
- Establish or maintain Sentinel dashboards for monitoring.
- Escalate alerts as necessary in the event of issues.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing secure file transfer operations.
- Proficiency with the Axway Secure Transport tool, particularly versions 5.2 and 5.5.
- Familiarity with incident management tools such as Easyvista.
- Comprehensive understanding of secure file transfer systems, especially Secure Transport and CFT.
- Knowledge of additional tools like Easyvista, JIRA, and MEGA SBP is advantageous.
- Fluency in English for effective communication with software publishers.
