About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at POK SAS. As a key member of our Finance, Purchasing, and Legal department, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relaunch all suppliers via phone calls
  • Update our databases
  • Respond to various services regarding delivery deadlines
  • Obtain receipts from suppliers
  • Assist the service in various administrative tasks
  • Place procurement orders
  • Evolve our purchasing process
Requirements
  • Proficient in French, with a strong command of written and spoken language
  • English language proficiency at B1 level (spoken and written) for communication with suppliers and partners
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to plan and manage time and agenda
  • Strong listening, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and rigor
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Open to beginners
