We invite you to become part of our Finance Business Unit, a collective of 350 specialists committed to providing exemplary consulting services in the realm of banking regulatory compliance. We are on the lookout for a Compliance Consultant who possesses a profound knowledge of regulatory banking compliance and information systems.

In this role, you will engage in high-impact consulting, business analysis, and project management activities, working closely with regulatory compliance experts. Your key responsibilities will include embedding strategic decisions into operational frameworks and/or information systems, participating in implementation initiatives, and facilitating user adaptation during transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grasping regulatory requirements and their business implications,
  • Conducting feasibility assessments and evaluating organizational impacts,
  • Eliciting requirements and securing banking approvals,
  • Aiding in the selection of optimal solutions,
  • Developing IT roadmaps, functional mappings, and formalizing processes,
  • Planning and coordinating projects,
  • Managing change, providing training, and supporting users.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline,
  • Project management certification is advantageous,
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking compliance within a consulting environment or a major financial institution, with a focus on IT solution implementation projects,
  • Strong understanding of regulations (KYC, FATCA, AML, etc.) and the ability to interpret regulatory requirements,
  • Familiarity with business software (ACTIMIZE, FIRCOSOFT, etc.),
  • Proficiency in technical environments such as VBA/EXCEL, SQL, ACCESS, and the MS Office suite,
  • Self-reliant, methodical, and detail-oriented, demonstrating adaptability, strong synthesis, formalization skills, flexibility, pragmatism, and initiative,
  • Fluent in English.
