KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and coordinate the efforts of your team along with external collaborators.
  • Ensure the effective utilization of management strategies and public resources, while overseeing audit-related planning and procedures.
  • Contribute to the selection of management approaches by supplying legal and financial insights to decision-makers.

Financial Oversight of Funded Organizations:

  • Oversee the activities of team members tasked with the legal and financial oversight of funded organizations.
  • Assist team members during interdepartmental meetings and audits.
  • Establish or approve audit mission plans and refine operational procedures.
  • Support the team in agreements and funding contracts.
  • Facilitate team meetings to track progress and enhance audit methodologies.

Management of Public Service Delegation (PSD):

  • Serve as the legal and financial expert for various departments.
  • Prepare and initiate discussions on management modes ahead of PSD contract deadlines.
  • Provide financial and legal data to stakeholders to identify the best management strategies.
  • Participate in the drafting of PSD procedural documents and the evaluation of candidates and proposals.
  • Supervise PSD audits by creating mission plans.

Team Leadership:

  • Establish priorities, unify work methodologies, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate and schedule team activities within established timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's in accounting or a related discipline. Experience in financial oversight or auditing is advantageous. Strong analytical and organizational capabilities are essential.
