- Serve as the technical lead for payroll implementations, primarily for international clients, collaborating with various stakeholders including our key global partner
- Assess and comprehend client needs and requests
- Evaluate and audit client payroll components and processes, ensuring efficient technical implementation for seamless service initiation
- Oversee all technical aspects during the implementation phase, from configurations and backup calculations to initial payroll processing and transition to the future payroll consultant
- Clarify processes to both internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor project plans daily concerning technical and administrative implementation tasks
- Actively engage in meetings and calls with clients throughout the implementation process
- Review and enhance internal processes, assisting in the update of documentation
- Streamline workflows to boost efficiency, providing feedback to clients and the team
- Possibly manage additional projects related to clients alongside the implementation tasks
- Preferably possess a degree in Human Resources or Management
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
- In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg's tax and social legislation
- At least 2 years of experience as a payroll consultant in Luxembourg
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel is essential); familiarity with Apsal tool is a plus
- Client-focused, solution-oriented, open-minded, and a collaborative team player
- Strong communication skills, resilient under pressure, and well-organized to meet deadlines
