We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Agile Program Manager to lead our cloud transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program, ensuring effective coordination and oversight of inter-dependencies, risks, and issues.
Key Responsibilities- Manage large-scale, transaction-intensive, 24x7, multi-site, international operations with state-of-the-art infrastructure and high SLAs.
- Perform 24x7 monitoring, incident, change, and rest of ITIL processes.
- Ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program, focusing on internal consistency and coherence with infrastructure planning and technical standards.
- Coordinate new capabilities for business change and realization of projected benefits.
- Build and manage senior client relationships, ensuring expectations, communications, and escalation.
- Implement a communication plan with all stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, project teams, and TCS management.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, with involvement in complex technical projects from design to implementation.
- Master the AGILE method and have implemented it in projects.
- Master the concepts of public, private, and hybrid cloud.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, including conflict resolution, contractual perimeter management, and mission management.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, with a preference for working in a team.
