  • Execute the commercial strategy established in collaboration with the product team.
  • Drive the commercial growth and sales of software solutions to SMEs and small businesses in your designated area, aligning with established objectives.
  • Oversee commercial operations, track performance indicators, and provide regular reports on your activities.
  • Lead a team of four individuals, including field and office sales representatives, and mentor them to enhance their sales effectiveness.
  • Engage in industry events such as trade shows and conferences to boost visibility among potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and expand your own portfolio of clients and prospects within the Brittany and Pays de La Loire regions.
  • Collaborate with the administrative support team, consultants, and customer service, while maintaining strong relationships with partner publishers.

Profile: A graduate from a business school with substantial experience in B2B sales of digital solutions, preferably within the Sage ecosystem. Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet ambitious targets. Travel within the Brittany and Pays de La Loire regions is required. A company vehicle will be provided, and partial remote work is available.
