Technical Sales Manager France

We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager for our French operations. This role will be responsible for strengthening our sales team and driving market development in France.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Market Development: Develop and execute sales strategies for the French market.
  • Market Observation and Strategy: Conduct market research and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Support and Technical Assistance: Coordinate support and technical assistance for sales teams in France.
  • Customer Portfolio Management: Develop and manage a customer portfolio in France.
  • Direct Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Market Knowledge and Player Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the French market and its players.
  • Location and Travel: Be based in France and work from our office in Nantes or from a home office, with occasional travel.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Commercial Mindset: Strong network with feed mills and premix companies.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum five years of experience in the feed industry with good knowledge of animal nutrition and animal health.
  • Monogastric Sector Knowledge: Knowledge of the monogastric sector is highly desirable.
  • Presentation and Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Teamwork and Organizational Skills: High level of teamwork, organizational skills, and initiative.
  • Customer Orientation: Customer-oriented, proactive, and seeking opportunities.
  • Independence and Prioritization: Capability of working independently, setting priorities, and organizing work effectively.
  • Flexibility and Open-Mindedness: Flexibility, open-mindedness, and a willingness to develop a market and take on challenges.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
  • Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel.
