About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at the Institut Curie Research Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in strengthening research collaborations with international partners and driving the development of new research projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically monitor funding sources and international mechanisms, including Horizon Europe, to identify opportunities for research collaboration and project development.
  • Meet with research teams to understand their research topics and funding needs, and contribute to the analysis of current or future projects to identify potential opportunities for funding.
  • Promote the development of new international research and innovation projects by fostering links between teams and partners at European or international level.
  • Coordinate and contribute to applications for calls for projects and international funding, ensuring the drafting of projects with supporting teams, including scientific, budgetary, administrative, and communication aspects.
  • Coordinate the monitoring of European or international projects, working closely with scientific teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
Requirements
  • PhD in oncology or a related field.
  • Experience and/or training in project management, with a strong understanding of research funding mechanisms and international collaborations.
  • Excellent level of English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and adaptation skills.
