Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Director in the daily and strategic management of the store. Key expectations include:

  • Closing sales and contributing to achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment
  • Representing the Unsaid brand to clients and presenting items tailored to their needs
  • Building customer loyalty and ensuring personalized follow-up
  • Conducting and tracking sales, implementing merchandising strategies, and managing inventory

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the luxury jewelry sector, preferably as a senior salesperson or assistant manager
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service and interaction with demanding clientele
  • Proficiency in English; a third language would be advantageous
  • A mastery of luxury product sales techniques, dynamism, initiative, autonomy, and excellent presentation
