At Unsaid Paris, we are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Assistant Store Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a pioneering Maison shaping the future of luxury in the retail industry.

Our international expansion has seen us open boutiques in London, New York, Palm Beach, and Japan, with a flagship store set to open near Place Vendôme in the fall of 2024. This milestone marks a significant step forward in our journey towards sustainable luxury.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a range of benefits designed to support our team members, including:

Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Director in the daily and strategic management of the store. Key expectations include:
- Closing sales and contributing to achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment
- Representing the Unsaid brand to clients and presenting items tailored to their needs
- Building customer loyalty and ensuring personalized follow-up
- Conducting and tracking sales, implementing merchandising strategies, and managing inventory
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the luxury jewelry sector, preferably as a senior salesperson or assistant manager
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service and interaction with demanding clientele
- Proficiency in English; a third language would be advantageous
- A mastery of luxury product sales techniques, dynamism, initiative, autonomy, and excellent presentation
