We are seeking a highly experienced Client Services Director to join our team at The Trade Desk, Inc. As a Client Services Director, you will be responsible for leading our client services team and developing strategic relationships with our clients to drive revenue growth and business success.
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals. You will also lead a team of Account Managers and Traders, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent year-over-year account growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the partnership across an agency portfolio as a senior strategic advisor, providing best-in-class client service based on TTD's vision and values.
- Responsible for growing revenues through strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities by understanding the core client business needs.
- Providing strategic oversight of your portfolio of accounts, participating in key client meetings while maintaining relationships with senior leaders and decision makers across brands and their corresponding agencies.
- Developing trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Demonstrating the value of The Trade Desk to clients by providing innovative solutions that meet the clients' needs and our business goals.
- Managing, motivating and empowering a cross-functional team of Account Managers and Traders to drive consistent YoY account growth, overseeing their day-to-day management, motivating the team by setting clear expectations, developing career path plans, providing constructive feedback, managing bandwidth and maintaining a high level of performance from the team, reporting progress against goals to management.
- Participating in product road map build out discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineering.
- Communicating effectively with other functions (product, marketing, inventory, partnership team) by solving business challenges together, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Maintaining strong cross-pod relationships to support horizontal center of excellence across account management and traders.
