Your Role: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-tech manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot a wide range of industrial equipment, including automation systems, machinery, and electrical components.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize equipment performance and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to ensure accurate repairs and installations.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial setting.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with a proven ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
