Chef de rang Barista

L'équipe de service de café et boissons est à la recherche d'un Demi-Chef de rang Barista pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et passionnée. Vous serez chargé de contribuer à l'image de l'hôtel en appliquant et en faisant appliquer les procédures, en mettant en place la cafétéria, en accueillant la clientèle, en contrôlant les prestations servies aux clients, en gérant les stocks, en respectant les procédures d'hygiène et de sécurité, en préparant les boissons chaudes et en réalisant des recettes autour du café.
Compétences requises- Sens de l'autonomie
- Attitude souriante et courtoise
- Travail en équipe
- Discipline, écoute, rigueur, respect des normes de sécurité
- Respect des standards de service de la compagnie Four Seasons
- Adresse (port de plats, plateaux, assiettes)
- Expérience dans le luxe exigée et dans d'autres établissements similaires
- Possibilité d'être logé
- Possibilité d'évoluer au sein du groupe Four Seasons
- Prévoyance / Mutuelle d'entreprise
