Resilience Expertise You Need to Thrive

At Kyndryl, we're looking for a seasoned Cyber Resiliency Advisor to join our team of experts. As a key player in our organization, you'll be responsible for leading high-value resiliency projects, collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs, and providing expert guidance on best practices for business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber incident recovery.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage high-value resiliency projects, working closely with clients to understand their current resilience posture.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to participate in pre-sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.
  • Design and implement resiliency controls, policies, and procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy advanced technologies.
  • Conduct thorough resilience assessments to identify potential risks, providing detailed reports and recommendations to support management decisions.
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in business continuity and disaster recovery, enhancing the organization's resilience posture.
  • Work with customers and vendors on resilience assessments, audits, and due diligence activities, shaping secure and resilient collaborations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cyber resilience strategies, integrating with overall business continuity plans to ensure organizations can withstand, respond to, and recover from cyber attacks.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of resilience principles, practices, and technologies. You'll have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber incident recovery consulting and implementation. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to convey complex resilience concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. You'll be able to adapt to changing resilience threats, staying updated with the latest trends and best practices. Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment is also essential.
