About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Resiliency Advisor to join our team at Kyndryl. As a key member of our Customer Technology Advisors (CTAs) and Senior Resiliency Consultants, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve business continuity and resilience in the face of disruptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage high-value resiliency projects, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and assess their current resilience posture.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber incident recovery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to participate in pre-sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and the development of proposals that address customer resiliency challenges and demonstrate our value proposition.
  • Design and implement resiliency controls, policies, and procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy advanced technologies.
  • Conduct thorough resilience assessments to identify potential risks, and develop mitigation and remediation strategies.
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in business continuity and disaster recovery, and recommend enhancements to the organization's resilience posture.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber incident recovery consulting and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of resilience principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Experience managing risks related to information processing, storage, or transmission.
  • Experience conducting resilience assessments using frameworks like ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, DORA, NIS2, and ANSSI Guides.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex resilience concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to adapt to changing resilience threats and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to continuously learn and apply new knowledge in a rapidly evolving field.
