About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Principal to join our team at IQVIA France. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for managing and leading multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery for our clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams
  • Manage project teams, including internal and external resources, to design, develop, and deliver client deliverables
  • Develop and present high-level reports and presentations to clients
  • Identify and implement strategic alternatives and project approaches to key client questions
  • Develop new business opportunities through follow-on work and lead identification
  • Manage proposal preparation and modifications, ensuring overall bid integrity
  • Develop knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical markets through on-the-job experience and training
  • Serve as a key point of contact with clients and internal departments
  • Share subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in topics related to pricing and market access, value evidence, HEOR, or RWE generation
  • In-depth knowledge of health technology assessment, health economic modeling, or real-world evidence generation strategy and its implementation in France
  • Demonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 2 years of project management/leadership experience in multinational strategic consulting projects
  • Strong capability in managing large and/or multiple projects and juggling priorities
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, chairing meetings, and business writing
  • Experience working in sizable/multi-disciplined teams and leading staff
  • Experience in developing credible relationships with senior-level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others
  • Ability to contribute to business development through lead identification and proposal development
  • Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
  • Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Fluency in both French and English, verbal and written
