About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including resource allocation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and customers, to ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry or function.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
