Yposkesi, an SK pharmteco company, is a leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) for gene therapy viral vector manufacturing in Europe. We offer a full range of services in lentiviral vectors and AAV (Adeno-Associated Virus) cGMP manufacturing.
Our team is dedicated to advancing clinical trials and commercializing new Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) for biotech and pharmaceutical companies. We are located on the Genopole Campus in Corbeil-Essonnes, France, and currently employ around 200 people.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced CMC Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing CMC projects with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams involved in viral vector manufacturing projects.
- Act as the key interface between Business Development, Operations, and customers.
- Support the Sales team in commercial proposal elaboration for new customers.
- Lead and coordinate project progress, including key project milestones, budgets, and project load plans.
- Prepare reports and communicate project progress to stakeholders and management.
- Manage indicators to anticipate potential drifts and negotiate alternative solutions to ensure compliance with commitments.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a life sciences field and at least 5 years of relevant project management experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology. They should also have a good understanding of GMPs and the regulatory environment.
Additionally, the candidate should possess strong leadership and motivational skills, be able to establish effective relationships with clients, and have the ability to make crucial decisions under pressure.
The language requirements are strong oral and written English skills (B2-C1 level) and intermediate level in French (B1).
