About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef d'Equipe to join our team at Daher. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating our teams on multiple sites, ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate teams on multiple sites, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Implement resources required to achieve targets, assist operators with instructions and explanations, and prepare worksites according to constraints and obstacles.
- Ensure the implementation and application of quality, safety, environment, security, and employment code rules.
- Interact with customers and/or suppliers, report anomalies and productivity variances, and update dashboards.
- Produce activity and results reports, monitor work progress, and verify quality.
- Issue instructions, assist with acceptance procedures, and introduce and encourage multi-skilling within the team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lead and manage a team, ensuring employee skills are developed in line with business developments.
Requirements:
- 5 years' further education in aviation engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience.
