Missions

Rattaché à la Direction Générale du Groupe, vous avez la charge du management opérationnel des activités en France. À ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes:

  • Garant de la performance opérationnelle des équipes terrain France (Pôle qualité):
  • En charge de la performance des équipes opérationnelles terrain (relation et bonne tenue des parkings, suivi des préparations, inspection des véhicules, développement réseau).
  • En charge des négociations Parking, leur renouvellement, l'expansion géographique, y compris la réponse à des appels d'offres (ex: Gare et connexions).
  • Superviser la gestion de l'intégration, de la formation, du suivi et de la rétention des partenaires de nettoyage et convoyage.
  • Garant de la satisfaction clients.
  • Optimiser l'ensemble des coûts de lavage, convoyage et parking.
  • Optimiser l'ensemble des délais d'intervention : nettoyage et convoyage.
  • Construire une culture d'obsession du client au sein de votre équipe, en donnant l'exemple et en encourageant de nouvelles initiatives pour améliorer l'expérience.
  • Travailler étroitement avec d'autres équipes (RH, Finance, service client, sécurité et vos homologues sur d'autres marchés) en vue de construire et piloter la meilleure performance terrain.
  • Travailler avec l'équipe revenue et capacity management (RCM) pour définir le plan d'allocation de flotte optimal, et diriger votre équipe dans l'exécution du plan de flotte et de stationnement.

  • Coût de préparation / convoyage
  • Garant de la performance opérationnelle des équipes flotte:
  • En charge de la performance des équipes flotte - entretien et réparations de la flotte, gestion des entrées et sorties en provenance des partenaires constructeurs et concessionnaires.
  • Réduire les coûts liés aux opérations de flotte : coûts des réparations et entretien des véhicules, coûts de transport, optimisation de notre poste assurance : délai de traitement et paiement.
  • Optimiser les délais d'intervention en vue de réduire l'indisponibilité de la flotte : délais de traitement, délai d'intervention et de retour en flotte, délai de réparation.
