Job Title: Trade Marketing Associate
Company Overview: NBCUniversal is a leading media and entertainment company with a diverse portfolio of businesses, including television networks, news, entertainment, and film production.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Trade Marketing Associate to play a key role in the relationship between the marketing and sales teams. The successful candidate will work on both B2B and B2C sides of the business, as well as logistics and creative, to discover the cinema business from both distribution and exhibition sides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute in-cinema campaigns, including creative briefs and delivery to exhibitors.
- Manage creative cinema material summaries, including one sheets, standees, and premiums, in collaboration with marketing project managers and the sales team.
- Lead social digital campaigns with advertising agencies for independent cinemas, including Cine Society and Connect Access Dynamic.
- Plan and create B2B newsletters, including creative agency briefs.
- Manage premiums, including collecting quantities from various departments, liaising with service providers, and managing shipments with Facility Event.
- Collaborate with the digital agency Carburant to manage the Facebook B2B group 'Universal Trade Marketing.'
- Support the creation of purchase orders and campaigns highlights.
- Support special operations with exhibitors, including stunts, happenings, and influencer events.
- Support B2B trade shows organization, including Deauville, French Convention, Studio Show, and Universal Tour.
- Support promotional talents tour organization, mostly for local acquisitions.
Requirements:
- Rigorous and good organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Taking initiative and ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
- Speak English (required).
- Strong interest in the world of cinema, distribution, exhibition, and the media.
- First experience in the industry appreciated.
