Key Responsibilities:- In-Cinema Campaigns: Develop and execute in-cinema campaigns, including creative briefs, marketing project management, and delivery to exhibitors.
- Creative Cinema Materials: Oversee the creation and distribution of creative cinema materials, such as one sheets, standees, and premiums, in collaboration with marketing project managers, sales teams, and facility event teams.
- Social Digital Campaigns: Manage social digital campaigns with advertising agencies for independent cinemas, including Cine Society, Connect Access Dynamic, and Carburant.
- B2B Newsletters: Plan, create, and distribute B2B newsletters, including writing and designing content.
- Premiums: Coordinate the collection, procurement, and shipment of premiums, working closely with various departments and service providers.
- Facebook B2B Group: Collaborate with the digital agency Carburant to manage the Facebook B2B group 'Universal Trade Marketing'.
- Support Functions: Provide support for creating purchase orders, writing campaign highlights, and trade marketing presentations for head office, as well as special operations with exhibitors and B2B trade shows organization.
- Rigorous and organized with strong time management skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Strong interest in the world of cinema, distribution, exhibition, and media.
- First experience in the industry is appreciated.
