Position Overview
The Clinical Field Specialist (CFS) will be positioned in Eastern France, primarily operating from a central location near major transportation hubs. This role will be executed under the strategic direction of the Business Unit Manager and the operational oversight of the Sales Manager. The CFS will play a pivotal role in advancing our innovative technologies, particularly our Predictive Monitoring Technology, within both Operating Rooms and Intensive Care Units.
Key Responsibilities
- Certify medical centers, physicians, and relevant personnel in accordance with established protocols.
- Develop educational materials pertinent to clinical investigations and provide clinical expertise throughout the investigation lifecycle.
- Conduct training programs for technical staff, nurses, and physicians as a core component of the role.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to facilitate the adoption of our technology in clinical settings.
- Educate hospital staff on the effective use of Edwards' monitoring systems and related technologies.
- Formulate and execute growth strategies in collaboration with sales teams.
- Organize and lead educational seminars and training sessions.
- Coordinate educational activities with sales and account management teams.
- Provide ongoing support to medical staff to ensure continuity of education and technical assistance.
- Conduct 'train the trainer' sessions to establish internal training protocols.
- Validate software and hardware updates in clinical environments as necessary.
- Monitor clinical support activities and market dynamics in collaboration with sales specialists.
- Engage with key opinion leaders and proctors to enhance clinical practices.
- Be prepared for extensive travel across the Eastern region, dedicating significant time to business-related activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical or clinical anesthesiology or intensive care nursing.
- Proven experience in training and educational program development.
