Clinical Specialist THV North East

At Edwards Lifesciences, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team in the North East region. As a key member of our field team, you will work closely with heart centers, physicians, and hospital staff to provide clinical support for our TAVI procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical expertise and support to physicians and hospital staff during TAVI procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and guidelines related to aortic stenosis and TAVI procedures
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance your clinical knowledge and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, with training experience in a clinical or technical environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated excellence in meeting customer/patient expectations
- Effectiveness in understanding complex medical cases and resolving difficult situations
- Ability to solve problems and set priorities
- Self-motivation and willingness to make a difference in the lives of patients
- Highly professional and ethical behavior, with a commitment to contributing to the overall success of the company
- Adaptable and self-aware, with the ability to adjust to the dynamics of a fast-paced and sometimes high-stress Cath lab/OR environment
- Confident use of modern communication tools, MS Office, and willingness to learn other software programs as needed
- Strong aptitude for cardiac anatomy and physiology
- Experience working in a cardiac Cath lab and/or operation room
- Up to 80% travel
