About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex technical programs across Doctolib's organization, ensuring successful delivery of our ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare.

As a key member of our TPM team, you will work closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute technical programs, translating Doctolib's vision into results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize program rituals, including steering committees with executive leadership, to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineering, and product leaders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Review technical design decisions, assess engineering practices, and ensure programs' dependencies are addressed for effective delivery.
  • Communicate effectively to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project goals and status.
  • Develop and implement processes for technical program management, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Support continuous improvement by improving our ways of working, tools, and processes.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of technical programs, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience with software industry and technical program management, with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address risks and issues.
  • Ability to think critically and objectively, with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Driven and outcome-focused, capable of facilitating organizational change and adapting in a changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A user-first attitude, actively listening to and understanding the needs and perspectives of stakeholders.
  • Business fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading programs across tech organizations of 500+ people.
  • Previous involvement in modularization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of different database technologies, such as Postgres and MongoDB.
  • Fluency in French, German, or Italian.
