Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team at Doctolib. As a key member of our TPM team, you will be responsible for driving complex technical programs across our organization to achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute technical programs to deliver business outcomes
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, engineering, and product leaders
  • Review technical design decisions and assess engineering practices to ensure effective delivery
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed and aligned on project goals and status
  • Develop and implement processes for technical program management, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Support continuous improvement by improving our ways of working, tools, and processes
  • Monitor and report on the progress of technical programs, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues to ensure successful delivery

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software industry and technical program management, with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address risks and issues
  • Ability to think critically and objectively, with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Driven and outcome-focused, capable of facilitating organizational change and adapting in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A user-first attitude, actively listening to and understanding the needs and perspectives of stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading programs across tech organizations of 500+ people
  • Previous involvement in modularization initiatives
  • Knowledge of different database technologies, such as Postgres and MongoDB
  • Fluency in French, German, or Italian
