About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Commercial Development Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing initiatives.
• Utilize CRM software to manage prospect and customer interactions, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
